Animal welfare officers asking for help finding out what happened to ‘Rudi’

OKLAHOMA CITY – Animal welfare officers are searching for information related to a dog that was found on Wednesday.

On Wednesday, authorities say a weak dog was found on someone’s porch in Oklahoma City.

The dog, whom officers named Rudi, appears to have had her nose and part of her ear cut off.

Now, Oklahoma City Animal Welfare officers are asking for the public’s help.
