Murray County inmate found dead in cell, authorities investigating

MURRAY COUNTY, Okla. – Oklahoma authorities are investigating the death of an inmate who died inside the Murray County Jail.

The Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation says Timothy Brent Ansivino, 35, was found unresponsive inside the cell he shared with other inmates.

He was transported to a local hospital where he was pronounced dead.

Officials say there were no visible sings of trauma on his body.

An autopsy will be performed to determine Ansivino’s manner of death.

He was booked into the Murray County Jail Jan. 11, 2016 for unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, distribution of a controlled substance, trafficking in illegal drugs, and two counts of possession of a controlled substance.

Authorities say Ansivino is from Edmond.
