Experts say there are several foods that you may want to include in your diet this year.

Some of the foods you may want to make note of are as follows:

  • Amaranth
  • Spiralized vegetables
  • Kale as a fast food
  • Brussel sprouts

In addition to foods you should be adding to your plate, there are also several you should leave off of it.

Experts suggest eating less processed meat, fatty meats and drinking less soda.
