LAWTON, Okla. – An Oklahoma man is facing charges of kidnapping of a juvenile and sex trafficking after he was allegedly found with a teenager from New York.

On Wednesday, 59-year-old Charles Michael Segaloff was indicted by a federal grand jury and charged with traveling with intent to engage in illicit sexual conduct with a juvenile, kidnapping, sex trafficking, and enticement of a juvenile.

The indictment alleges that Segaloff traveled to New York and returned to Lawton with a female teenager “for the purpose of engaging in illicit sexual conduct and to hold the juvenile to form a polyamorous family.”

If convicted, Segaloff faces up to life in prison, a $250,000 fine and lifetime registration as a sex offender.
