Oklahoma City-One metro boot camp hopes to help fitness enthusiasts burn 700 calories in one hour mixing cardio, strength and high intensity.
At Scott Do's gym called Do It Rite Fitness, boot camps are offered Tuesdays at 6 a.m. and Saturdays at 9 a.m.
The gym is located at 10964 N May Ave., near Hefner and May.
People interested can try out their first class for free, after that it's $10 per class.
