LAWTON, Okla. – An Oklahoma man is behind bars after allegedly recording an 11-year-old girl while she was taking a bath.

Around 2 a.m. on Jan. 30, officers with the Lawton Police Department were called to a home in the 1600 block of S.W. New York on reports of possible child pornography at the home.

A woman told police that her boyfriend, Darious Rhodes, had recorded her 11-year-old daughter taking a bath.

Officials say they found a video on Rhodes phone that showed the girl undress, bathe and get dressed.

Authorities say Rhodes’ girlfriend identified him as the male who also appeared in the video.

The man’s phone, SD card and wristband were placed on property at the station, the Lawton Police Department said.

He was arrested and booked into jail for violation of the computer crimes act and unlawful use of electronic equipment for lewd and lascivious purposes.
