Two teens arrested in connection to Norman homicide, third suspect still on the loose

NORMAN, Okla. – Norman police say two teens have been arrested in connection to the murder of a 41-year-old father.

On Dec. 14, 2015, Kenneth Keeling, had just stepped out on his balcony at Summerfield Village Apartments when the bullets started flying.

Police responded to the scene and found Keeling lying on the ground, covered in blood from a gunshot wound.

He was transported to a local hospital where he was pronounced dead.

Authorities determined Keeling was a bystander who was fatally shot while the shooter attempted to fire shots toward another group of people.

After following up on multiple leads, investigators arrested two teenagers in connection to Keeling’s death.

Anthony Mundell, 19, and a 17-year-old male were both arrested and charged with one count of murder in the 1st degree.

Police are still looking for a third suspect, 18-year-old Tevin Kyreece Martin-Hicks.

A warrant has been issued for his arrest.
