OKLAHOMA CITY - After scouring an Oklahoma City landfill, police say there were no signs of a body being discovered there.

On Monday afternoon, Oklahoma City police were called to the landfill  near N.E. 23rd St. and Sooner Rd.

A truck driver contacted NewsChannel 4 after being told he had to move because a body had been found.

Oklahoma City police would not elaborate on details, but said they were investigating a possible body found at the WCA Waste Disposal Facility landfill.

On Tuesday, police said they investigated the report but never found a body.
