Overnight care chase ends in rollover crash in S.W. Oklahoma City

OKLAHOMA CITY- A chase ended in a rollover crash.

Oklahoma City Police report an officer was responding to a call on south May when a car nearby took off, speeding away from the officer.

That officer followed without his lights on to monitor the situation.

Police say the driver was going well over 100 miles per hour when the care bottomed out near May and SW 134th. The driver lost control and rolled the car at least six times, before slamming into a power pole and burst into flames.

The driver had minor injuries.

The man is not facing charged at this time.
