Police investigating after body found near northwest Oklahoma City

OKLAHOMA CITY – Police are responding to N.W. 30 and Robinson after reports of a body found.

Police received a 911 call at 2:30 p.m. to a residence located in the 3000 block of N. Robinson.

When officers arrived at the scene, they located an individual with injuries consistent of a homicide, said Lt. Jeff Flaggert.

The next-of-kin has not yet been notified, Flaggert said.

Detectives are at the scene currently investigating.

No further information is known at this time, Flaggert said.

Police searchedĀ for a red Toyota two-door with an Oklahoma tag 956-EFH.

The vehicle went missing from the residence around the time of the incident, police said.

It was later located after being abandoned on N. 23rd and Broadway.
