TULSA, Okla. -An Oklahoma judge ruled that four teenagers will stand trial for the murder of a 16-year-old girl.
The teens are charged with first-degree murder, assault and battery with a deadly weapon and a gang-related offense in connection with the July shooting of 16-year-old Deouijanae Terry.
Terry died from her injuries and 18-year-old Jerome Bledsoe was also injured.
Prosecutors claim 15-year-old James Edward Knapper, 19-year-old Donaven Armand Wimberly, 18-year-old Lazerick Reid and 19-year-old Joshua Price intended to kill Bledsoe, but accidentally killed Terry instead.
They will be arraigned on the charges March 7.
