OKLAHOMA CITY -- Tuesday night on NewsChannel 4 we are focusing in on a new take on an age-old diet.

Doctors and dieters say it has cured them of their pain.

From major debilitating back pain to the aches that come along with old age.

LeAnn Keester-Moran made one life-altering change last August: The Pain Free Diet.

"I was in so much pain I really wondered how I was going to continue with my life, at all," Keester-Moran said. "It was terrible."

She had already had two spine surgeries to help alleviate the pain.

Nothing worked.

"It felt like a lightning bolt going down my leg. It was very intense. On a scale of 1-10. It was a ten, all the time: standing, sitting, lying down, everything."

LeAnn believed major, invasive back surgery was the only solution to fix her pain.

Instead, she found relief by changing her diet. The Pain Free Diet changed her life.

"I don't eat anything with a face or a mother," said OSSO Orthopedic Surgeon, Dr. Jimmy Conway.

Dr. Conway can't wait to tell NewsChannel 4 viewers about The Pain Free Diet and how it saved his life too.

According to experts around the globe The Pain Free Diet reduces risk for:

  • Heart disease
  • Diabetes
  • Cancer
  • Multiple Sclerosis
  • Osteoporosis
  • Joint Pain & Inflammation
