Breakfast sandwich from Starbucks being recalled

OKLAHOMA CITY – If you like to grab a breakfast sandwich and a coffee on the go, you may be out of luck.

Progressive Gourmet is recalling pre-packaged sausage, egg and cheddar cheese on English muffin breakfast sandwiches over concerns they may contain traces of Listeria.

The sandwiches are sold in Starbucks stores in Arkansas, Texas and Oklahoma.

The affected products are marked “Best Before 07-AUG-2016.”

According to the FDA, Starbucks removed the sandwiches from stores and no illnesses have been reported.
