Thunder Prepare for Spurs’ Response in Game 3

The Oklahoma City Thunder have gained home court advantage in their best-of-seven Western Conference semifinal series against the San Antonio Spurs, but to keep it, they will need to win both Games 3 and 4 at Chesapeake Arena this weekend.

After one of their most impressive playoff road wins ever in Game 2 in San Antonio on Monday night, the Thunder host San Antonio in Game 3 Friday night, May 6, at 8:30 pm.

The Thunder know the veteran Spurs will respond with a great effort and they realize they will have to meet the challenge to take a 2-1 series lead.

On Thursday, May 5, the Thunder talked after practice about how they plan to deal with the Spurs and their hot star LaMarcus Aldridge, who's averaging 39.5 points a game in the series so far.
