OKLAHOMA CITY - An Oklahoma City police officer's patrol car was hit by suspects attempting to drive away from the scene of a crime early Monday morning.

Around 3:30 a.m., police officers were called to a disturbance inside an apartment complex near S.E. 44th and Sunnylane.

A woman told police that two men had broken into her apartment and held her at gunpoint.

The victim told police the suspects left her apartment in a red pickup truck.

A short time later, officers spotted a truck matching the suspects' vehicle description.

When officers approached the truck, the suspects sped away and crashed into a parked police car, which was unoccupied.

Police say no one was injured.

Two men and one woman were taken into custody.

Investigators later determined the victim and the suspects knew each other.

The suspects' identities have not been released at this time.
