OKLAHOMA CITY – Authorities are searching for a man who allegedly punched a child in the face outside an Oklahoma City mall.

Last week, police were called to an alleged assault outside the J.C. Penney store at Quail Springs Mall.

Investigators say a 15-year-old boy was punched in the jaw and knocked unconscious by a stranger.

The alleged suspect is described as a white man, standing 5’10” tall and weighing 160 pounds. A witness says the man had curly brown hair in a ponytail and was wearing a white or tan shirt.

On Monday, the Oklahoma City Police Department released photos of the alleged suspect.
