Oklahoma woman killed while driving wrong direction along highway

WARWICK, Okla. – A Lexington woman is dead after troopers say drove the wrong way down an Oklahoma highway.

Troopers were called to U.S. 177 in Warwick around 8:30 a.m. on a crash involving two vehicles.

Investigators say 25-year-old Raven Allen was driving her 2013 Nissan Versa northbound in the southbound lanes of the highway when she hit a Dodge Ram pickup truck.

Allen was rushed to a nearby hospital where she was pronounced dead.

The driver of the pickup truck was treated and released from an Oklahoma City hospital.
