End-of-Instruction exams are a stressful time for many students across the country.

However, one teacher in New Jersey decided to give her students continued encouragement, even if she couldn't talk during the tests.

WPIX reports that fifth-grade teacher Chandni Langford wrote a personalized note on every student's desk before the week-long test.

The notes, which were written with dry erase markers, were signed with the hashtag "growth mindset."

She even added a few donut holes to each desk as a reminder to not 'stress and do their best.'
