The NBA announced Monday evening Golden State Warriors forward Draymond Green will not be suspended for Game 4 of the Western Conference Finals against the Oklahoma City Thunder on Tuesday.

Green will receive a flagrant 2 foul and will be fined $25,000, but will not be suspended.

Green kicked Adams in the groin area while going up for a shot midway through the second quarter of Game 3 between the Thunder and Warriors.

At the time he received a flagrant 1 foul.

Kiki VanDeWeghe, the NBA’s Executive Vice President, Basketball Operations said in a statement issued by the league, “After a thorough investigation that included review of all available video angles and interviews with the players involved and the officials working the game, we have determined that Green’s foul was unnecessary and excessive and warranted the upgrade and fine.   During a game, players–at times–flail their legs in an attempt to draw a foul, but Green’s actions in this case warranted an additional penalty.”

Game 4 between the Thunder and Warriors is set for an 8:00 tipoff on Tuesday night, May 24 at Chesapeake Arena.
