CLEVELAND, Ohio - Van Terry simply couldn't hold his anger back any longer.

On Thursday, Terry was face-to-face with the man who killed his daughter, Shirellda Terry.

Michael Madison was convicted of killing 38-year-old Angela Deskins, 28-year-old Shetisha Sheeley and 18-year-old Shirellda Terry in 2013. After murdering the women, prosecutors say Madison wrapped their bodies in garbage bags and left them near his apartment complex.

It took less than a day for the jury to recommend the death penalty, according to WJW.

After the judge sentenced Madison to death, Terry was given his chance to speak to the court.

"I guess we are supposed to find it in our hearts to forgive this clown... who has taken my child," Terry said.

At that moment, he turned around and lashed out at Madison, jumping over a table to get to him.

Guards immediately grabbed him and pushed him out of the courtroom.
