Luke Bryan stops show to announce Cavalier’s win

COLUMBUS, Ohio- Cleveland Cavaliers fans everywhere celebrated when the team came back from trailing 3-1 in the series to win the NBA Finals Sunday in Oakland.

Luke Bryan was performing in Columbus, Ohio Sunday during the game at the Buckeye Country Superfest.

When news arrived of the Cavs defeating the Warriors 93-89, Bryan stopped in the middle of a song to shout, “Hold on, stop, stop! Congratulations, Cavaliers, you’re world champions!”

The city of Cleveland had not won a championship in 52 years, when the Brown’s won the Super Bowl in 1964.

It was also the first time in NBA history that a team came back to win the Finals after being behind in the series three games to one.
