CLEVELAND – A gunman opened fire after the NBA Champion Cavaliers' parade and rally Wednesday, according to police.

The sole gunshot victim was a 13-year-old girl who was struck twice in the leg.

One person was arrested; however, police say they are now searching for a second suspect, according to WJW.

The shooting happened at East 4th Street and Euclid in downtown Cleveland, near the site of the rally.

Helicopter footage showed people running for cover as mounted police units responded to the area.

Police originally said two females were shot, but later said that was not the case.
