OKLAHOMA CITY-- Jersey Mike's opened a new store in Stillwater and raised money for Oklahoma kids at the same time with help from the community.

As part of the grand opening, the store gave away free sandwiches for a donation.

Those donations went to the Regional Food Bank of Oklahoma's Food for Kids Program.

Charlie Brown with Jersey Mike's said the grand total for the donation came to $2545.00.

The Food Bank says for every $1  it receives that can equal five meals for hungry Oklahoma children.
