ANADARKO, Okla.-  Kevin Bui , owner of the Happy Nails salon, has been charged with first degree rape after a woman alleged she was sexually assaulted inside the salon.

In Anadarko, local business is the backbone of the economy.

The long list of businesses includes the 'Happy Nails' salon, which is now locked tight amidst a scandal.

According to court documents, a woman arrived just before close on June 17th to get her nails done.

Bui obliged, allegedly offering the woman a massage.

The woman claims  Bui then told her to take her pants off multiple times.

She told authorities he later climbed onto her chair, and raped her.

She explained she was so scared 'she just closed her eyes and was afraid to move.'

But her nightmare wasn't over.

She says Bui made her shower then sit back in the chair while he did her nails.

Kevin Bui maintains his innocence.

He told authorities that the two had sex, but the act was consensual.

After posting $100,000, Bui bonded out on Wednesday.
