NOBLE, Okla.--  A woman has been booked into Cleveland County jail on one count of child abuse.

The arrest comes after medical crews were called to a home with an unresponsive four-month-old baby.

The infant was rushed to Norman Regional Medical Center Emergency Room on Tuesday, then transported to Saint Francis Hospital in Tulsa.

A doctor confirmed the girl's  injuries were consistent with child abuse.

The infant is now on life support.

Wednesday, the Noble Police Department requested OSBI special agents to assist with the case.

An arrest warrant was issued and executed Friday for Melissa Clark.

The Department of Human Services have shut down the 45-year-old's daycare.
