Personal trainer explains how to get pumped using kettlebells

OKLAHOMA CITY - We got pumped using kettlebells this morning on Rise and Shine.

A kettlebell is a weight that is off centered from the handle which makes it great for swinging.

It also adds a different dynamic to traditional lifts.

It's an alternative way to boost strength, improve muscle endurance and conditioning.

Personal fitness trainer Sean Shearon stopped by Rise and Shine today to give us a little show and tell with kettlebells.
