One person killed, another injured in crash in southwest Oklahoma City

OKLAHOMA CITY – Police are investigating  a crash that killed one person and injured another.

Emergency crews were called to the area of S.W. 107th St. and S. Rockwell Ave. around 2 p.m. on Sunday.

Officials say the vehicle lost control and ran into a wooded area.

Crews found the body of one person, who they believe was ejected during the crash.

The victim’s identity has not been released.

A second person was trapped inside the vehicle and was rushed to a nearby hospital.

No word on the extent of that person’s injuries.
