Kim Davis retiring

OKLAHOMA CITY – An Oklahoma City police detective is retiring after nearly 30 years of service.

Kim Davis has spent half of her career in the sex crimes division, working hundreds of cases and earning multiple commendations.

Recently Davis was featured in our “Pay it 4ward” segment after she helped a young girl 25 years ago.

She says she still loves coming to work every day and didn’t want to leave unhappy. She plans on doing a little traveling during her retirement.
