Several workers at Tinker Air Force Base go on strike

MIDWEST CITY, Okla. – A group of workers went on strike Monday morning at Tinker Air Force Base.

Members of the International Association of Machinists and Aerospace Workers are striking in protest of a contract company.

The workers gathered outside one of the gates Monday morning, and stayed there for several hours.

So far, there’s no word on how long the strike will last.
