MURFEESBORO, Tenn. – A Texas couple called police after they say a water gun went a little too far at a Tennessee hibachi restaurant.

Officers were called to Wasabi Japanese Steakhouse in Tennessee on a sexual assault complaint.

During dinner, a couple says a chef took out a toy figure of a boy and pulled the toy’s pants down, shooting water out of a hole.

A manager at the restaurant admits that one of the servers shot water out of the toy, hitting a woman in the face.

“It peed on me,” Isabelle Lassiter told WTVF.

Isabelle and her husband, James, were so upset they decided to call police, citing sexual assault.

“It was a sexual style assault on my wife,” James Lassiter said.

The general manager apologized to the family, adding that chefs will now ask before using the gun.

However, no charges have been filed in the case.
