OKLAHOMA CITY - One man is dead and a teenage boy was rushed to the hospital after a violent shooting in southwest Oklahoma City.

Neighbors say they were awakened to the sound of more than a dozen shots.

"Right now, it looks like it's going to be a drive by shooting," Officer Megan Morgan, with the Oklahoma City Police Department, said.

Police say they were called to reports of a shooting near S.W. 38th and Villa around 12:20 a.m. Tuesday.

"When they got there, they actually located two victims," Officer Morgan said.

One victim, 26-year-old Martin Lule, Jr., died at the scene.

The second victim, a juvenile, was rushed to the hospital, police say.

Witnesses told police they saw two men run away from the scene after the loud bangs.

The suspects were described as two Hispanic males, one in his 50's and another in his 30's.

"If somebody was there, if somebody saw something, somebody hears something, we encourage the public to call the homicide tip line," Morgan said.

On Aug. 9, officers arrested 20-year-old Cesar Juardo on one complaint of first-degree murder.
