MADISON, Wis. – A man is in custody after allegedly live streaming video in which he threatened to kill police officers.

On Saturday morning, police told WKOW that an officer in New York stumbled upon a video on social media that threatened the lives of police officers.

In the video, Raynarldo Glenn drives around town and appears to be extremely emotional, crying on and off.

Glenn approached a police officer, but authorities say the encounter ended peacefully.

Once he was taken into custody, authorities learned that the gun he was carrying was actually a BB gun.
