NORTH CANAAN, Conn. - A Connecticut lottery winner has big plans for her $30,000 winnings.

Ursula McCafferty is 95-years-old, retired and enjoys playing scratch games because she's a "people person and my cat doesn't give me much attention."

Earlier this month, McCafferty won $30,000 playing one of those games.

According to lottery officials, she says she plans to spend most of the money on her friends and family and get "a decent phone- something where you can actually see pictures."
