OKLAHOMA CITY - KFOR Meteorologist Emily Sutton is getting ready for the fourth annual "Painting for a Purpose."

Three years ago, Emily partnered with "Paint N Cheers" in the Plaza District to make a fundraiser for tornado victims.

They named the fundraiser, "Painting for a Purpose" and each year, the purpose of the fundraiser changes to benefit a local cause.

In 2014, the profits of the fundraiser went to the Go Mitch Go Foundation, a local non-profit for leukemia and lymphoma research.

Last year, the profits went to the Central Oklahoma Humane Society.

This year, given the recent budget crisis in education, Emily and "Paint N Cheers" have decided to donate the profits from the fundraiser to local schools.

Those in attendance will be able to eat, drink, paint and give to a great cause.

There will be a custom painting each night.
