Oklahoma man credits OHP trooper with saving his life

CASHION, Okla. – Cary Duncan knew he was having a heart attack back on July 31.

He and his wife live in the country, so is wife says her only option was to drive him to the Heart Hospital in Oklahoma City.

As they were speeding down Highway 74, OHP Trooper, Caleb Swickey, pulled them over.

Vickie Duncan explained the situation and not only did Trooper Swickey let them go, he escorted them to the hospital and even wheeled Duncan in on the wheelchair.

The Duncans say without the trooper’s help, he might not have made it.

Cary Duncan is now home recovering.
