OKLAHOMA– The primary election run-offs have all precincts reporting.

Al McAffrey beat Tom Guild by 40 votes in the U.S. Rep. District 5. They both received 50 percent of the vote, meaning it will most likely have a recount.

David Hooten beat 20-year incumbent Carolynn Caudill 66 percent to 34 percent in the Oklahoma County Clerk Race.

Adam Pugh beat Paul Blair, 54 percent to 46 percent.
