TULSA, Okla. – Police are searching for an 18-year-old man who may be connected to a deadly shooting in Tulsa.

On Thursday night, authorities told KJRH that a 26-year-old man was taken to a hospital with a gunshot wound to the chest.  He later died from his injuries.

Investigators soon learned that it all started as a domestic disturbance between the man and his 35-year-old girlfriend. Police say the woman’s three children were all present during the domestic disturbance.

After the situation calmed, police allege the woman’s 18-year-old son grabbed a gun and left the home.

When he returned, investigators believe he and the 26-year-old man got into an altercation, which is when 18-year-old Malik Rogers allegedly shot the victim.

Now, police are searching for Rogers.
