OKLAHOMA CITY – Police are investigating a break-in at the IRS building in downtown Oklahoma City.

One witness told NewsChannel 4 that she was not allowed in the building because it is an ‘active crime scene.’

Authorities say they were called to the IRS building around 6 a.m. on Tuesday following a break-in.

So far, investigators have not released what, if anything, was stolen or any suspect information.

Federal agencies are also involved in the investigation.

Workers say they do not know when things will go back to normal, adding that they haven’t been allowed on their computers.
