TAHLEQUAH, Okla. – A former Tahlequah officer is out of a job after the city council voted to fire him during Tuesday night’s meeting.

According to FOX 23, Syklar Green was put on leave from the Tahlequah Police Department in late July after an incident at a bar.

Officials began an investigation after Green allegedly threatened to find a reason to arrest his girlfriend’s ex-husband.
