Gales Creek, OR – Washington County Sheriff’s Office were surprised by what was on a welcome mat while serving a warrant at a home in Oregon.

Deputies said they responded to a dispute between some loggers and their neighbors in Gales Creek on Monday night.

The altercation escalated into a physical assault where a tree limb was used as a weapon.

Deputies said gunshots were fired but no one was hit by gunfire.
