MANATEE COUNTY, Fla. – A Florida woman is being held on a $100,000 bail after investigators say she tried to have her ex-husband murdered.

According to WFLA, 34-year-old Rachael Leahy was charged with solicitation of murder after deputies say she paid an undercover investigator $5,000 to kill her ex-husband.

Court documents show that Leahy called an undercover detective after learning that he was a hit man.

Leahy said that her ex-husband kept her children from her after the divorce, adding that she wanted custody of them.

The arrest report claims that she told the detective that she “has thought about David being kidnapped and taken to another country and made into a sex slave.”

She also suggested that her ex could die in a drowning, a car accident or a fire. However, she said she was concerned that he may survive a car accident and wanted to be sure that he wouldn’t survive.

Officials say that Leahy told the detective¬†if David’s murder went well, she would consider him for a second hit job.
