OKLAHOMA CITY - A suspect wanted in a homicide is believed to be in a standoff with police in southeast Oklahoma City.

Police say Anthony Loman, a homicide suspect, is held up in a house in the 600 block of S.E. 31st. St.

Officials attempted to contact Loman and he tried to leave the home.

That is when authorities set up a perimeter.

They are now working to get a search warrant.

Loman is wanted in connection to the death of 52-year-old Jay Creacy.

One man, 27-year-old Derek Blacker, was arrested in Creacy's murder earlier this month.

However, police believe there were other people involved in his murder.

Police say one of those people is Loman.

Please avoid the area until police officers can secure the scene.
