OKLAHOMA CITY - After a busy summer and off-season, the Oklahoma City Thunder are officially back in action.

Many new faces and the promise of opportunity means high energy.

Coach Billy Donovan, Russell Westbrook, and newcomer Victor Oladipo expressed satisfaction with the level of intensity following the first practice of the season.

The team kicked off the season on Saturday with the beginning of training camp.

Training camp will run through October 1, when the team will depart for some international play, spending a week in Barcelona and Madrid.

The team's first preseason game will be on the road against the Dallas Mavericks on October 11.
