9-Month-Old Baby In Critical Condition

TULSA, Okla. – A 9-month-old baby was rushed to a Tulsa hospital in critical condition following a home invasion.

On Wednesday evening, investigators say 20-year-old Jordan Morrow and two other suspects allegedly tried to break into an apartment.

At one point, authorities tell KJRH that one of the suspects threw a pipe through the glass and hit the 9-month-old baby.

The child’s father, 31-year-old Joshua Hunt,  was also assaulted and suffered injuries to his face and knee.

The child and Hunt were taken to a nearby hospital for treatment.

Morrow was arrested on charges of first-degree burglary, child neglect and assault with a deadly weapon in concert. Investigators say Morrow had her 2-month-old child with her during the alleged home invasion.

However, police say that is not where the story ends.

While Hunt’s 9-month-old baby was being treated in the pediatric intensive care unit, police say Hunt allegedly tried to steal a victim’s purse at the hospital.

Hunt was arrested for grand larceny.
