Police arrest third person in connection to death of Oklahoma City man

OKLAHOMA CITY – Police have made a third arrest in connection to death of a 28-year-old man who was killed in N.W. Oklahoma City at the end of August.

Around 1:37 a.m. on August 28, police officers were called to the 2400 block of N.W. 32nd after receiving reports a man was shot.

When officers arrived, they found 28-year-old David Weideman suffering from gunshot wounds.

Weideman was transported to a local hospital where he was pronounced dead.

Investigators were able to determine 28-year-old Michael Tyrone Webb, Jr. and 26-year-old Tempest Lashay Williams were connected to Weideman’s murder.

They turned themselves in to police on September 1. They are facing charges for first-degree murder and robbery.

Police believe Kayla Stallworth, 17, is also connected to the murder.

On Friday, authorities announced Stallworth had been arrested.
