Shooting in SE Oklahoma City

OKLAHOMA CITY —  Police in Oklahoma City responded to a shooting near SE 44th and Stiles Avenue around 11 p.m. Friday night.

Officials confirm a male and female victim both shot, one in the head.

According to police two transients approached a vehicle with two people inside when the driver and passenger demanded property from the transients. After they had nothing of value to give the suspects, the shooting occurred.

No word on the victims’ condition at this time or if anyone else was injured. Police are now on the search for the suspects who are said to be driving a maroon van or SUV.
