Silver alert issued for Perry man en route to Oklahoma City

PERRY, Okla. — The Perry Police Department have issued a silver alert for an 83-year-old Perry man, Caroll Lawson.

Officials said Lawson was possibly on his way to Oklahoma City from Perry when he disappeared Friday morning around 10 a.m. leaving his home. Lawson suffers from dementia and was last seen wearing a tan jacket, blue jeans and a baseball cap.

He was driving a 2011 silver Chevrolet Equinox with Oklahoma tag number¬†455JWG, he also has a “Navy Retired” sticker on his vehicle.

Lawson goes by his middle name Lavaughn, if you see him or his vehicle you are asked to call 911 immediately.
