OKLAHOMA CITY- Here is an easy and healthy vegetable side dish.
Apple Slaw
1 large red apple, julienne
1 cup shredded cabbage
1/2 cup grated carrot
1 Tbs. vinegar
11/2 tsp. Splenda Granular
1/2 tsp. mustard
1/8 tsp. celery seed
1/8 tsp. black pepper
Method:
Combine all ingredients in medium-sized mixing bowl, stir well. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate until ready to serve.
Yield: 4 servings
