Man pronounced dead after being shot at Tulsa apartment complex

TULSA, Okla. – A 40-year-old man was pronounced dead following a shooting at an apartment complex in Tulsa.

Around 11 p.m. on Sunday night, police in Tulsa say they received several calls from a witnesses who reported hearing gunshots near the Town Square Apartments.

When they arrived, they found a 40-year-old man in the parking lot, suffering from gunshot wounds.

According to FOX 23, the victim was pronounced dead at a nearby hospital a short time later.

Investigators believe the shooting occurred inside an apartment at the complex, and the victim ran to the parking lot after being shot, where he collapsed.

Authorities say this latest shooting marks Tulsa’s 68th homicide of the year.

So far, no arrests have been made and investigators are still trying to find a motive for the shooting.
