EDMOND, Okla. - A judge has sided with landowners who want to build a Walmart in Edmond.

A district judge has sided with Covell Creek, LLC in its dispute with the City of Edmond over a proposed Walmart.

The city rejected the landowner's plan to build a Walmart at Covell and Coltrane so they appealed the decision in district court.

The judge sided in the landowner's favor.

The city now has 30 days from the date of the judgment, November 3rd, to decide if they will appeal.
